The Founder's Vision: Why I Built a Privacy-First Document Station for Indian Aspirants

If you are reading this, chances are you are an aspirant sitting in a 1010 room, surrounded by books on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Awareness. You know the pressure of a ticking clock'not only during a mock test, but also during the final hours of a government job application window.

My name is the founder of SarkariPixel.in, and I am exactly where you are. At 23, while preparing for SBI PO and IBPS Clerk, I realized something uncomfortable: the syllabus is hard, but the technical struggle of dealing with old portals is often harder. You can do everything right'still the portal rejects your file because it is 1KB too large or dimensions not valid.

I built SarkariPixel.in because I was tired of being judged by broken, spammy utilities. I wanted a platform that treats aspirants with respect, keeps their documents private, and helps them focus on what matters: selection.

1) The day SarkariPixel was born

The idea came during a late-night form filling session. I had already scanned my 10th marksheet, resized my photo, and cleaned my signature. But every website I visited was one of three things:

• Spammy: pop-ups that open multiple tabs and make you click download three times.
• Slow: upload lag on mobile and long wait times'especially when servers are busy.
• Risky: sites that ask you to upload Aadhaar/PAN/marksheets to unknown servers.

That night I realized: millions of students'many with limited income'are being pushed to risk their digital privacy just to apply for a job. So I decided to build a safer option.

2) Our gold standard philosophy: privacy is non-negotiable

Many free utility sites monetize in ways you can't see. When you upload a marksheet, you don't know where it is stored, how long it stays, or who can access it later.

SarkariPixel is different by design. I focused on a client-side architecture. That means when you resize a photo or merge PDFs, the processing happens in your browser on your device. Your document is not sent to a separate processing server.

Practical test: after the page loads, you can switch off data/Wi-Fi and still continue working on your files (as long as the required tools/libraries are already loaded).

3) Built for the last-day rush
