SarkariPixel.in provides on-device tools for resizing, enhancing, compressing, converting, and signing documents for government exam submissions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle, how we protect it, and how you can contact us with questions.
1. Who we are
SarkariPixel is built and operated in India. This policy applies to the web experience hosted at SarkariPixel.in and any official apps bearing the SarkariPixel name.
2. What data we process
We only process the information you intentionally share with the tool:
- Images, PDFs, signatures, and documents added to the dropzone.
- Preset selections, resize dimensions, format choices, and target sizes.
- Messages you send us via email or the contact form.
We do not request Aadhaar/PAN numbers, banking information, or advertising identifiers.
3. On-device processing
All editing happens inside your browser using HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and pdf-lib. Files never leave your device. We do not store uploads on our servers or forward them to third parties.
4. Local storage & cookies
We only use localStorage to remember lightweight preferences such as your last preset or theme choice. No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting scripts run on SarkariPixel.
5. Third-party libraries
Libraries such as pdf-lib and pdf.js operate locally to help with downloads and previews. They do not transmit your files externally. We monitor these dependencies for security updates.
6. Children and exams
The service targets students and professionals applying for government jobs. Guardians should assist younger users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without consent.
7. Your rights
If you have shared personal information with us (for example via email), you may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by writing to privacy@sarkaripixel.in. We respond within seven business days.
8. Security & incidents
We patch vulnerabilities promptly and review our code and dependencies on a rolling basis. If an incident occurs, we will disclose it on this page and, when applicable, notify affected users via email.

We review this document each quarter or whenever we add new features that change how data is handled. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
