    • Attempting to disrupt the website's functionality or bypass our security via automated scripts (bots).
    • Using the “Name & Date” feature to misrepresent the identity or recency of a photograph.

    The SarkariPixel name, the Blue “SP” Logo, the custom UI design, our “Exam Preset” library, and all 51+ helpful guides are the intellectual property of the founder.

    • Protection: You may not copy, modify, or distribute our source code or content without prior written permission.
    • User Content: We claim no ownership over the files you process. Since we are a “Privacy-First” platform, we never see or store your documents.
  5. Third-Party Advertisements

    To keep our high-end tools 100% free for the student community, we display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense). By using this site, you agree to the presence of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or products offered in third-party ads.

  6. No Warranties & “As-Is” Clause

    SarkariPixel.in is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

    While we strive for 100% accuracy in our Bank, SSC, and UPSC presets, we do not warrant that the tools will meet every portal's evolving validation logic.
