These Terms govern your use of SarkariPixel’s web tools for resizing, enhancing, compressing, converting, and signing exam-ready files. By accessing the site you agree to the rules below.
1. Acceptable use
Use SarkariPixel only for lawful purposes and for preparing documents you own or are authorized to edit. Do not upload offensive, copyrighted, or malicious material.
2. On-device service
The service runs inside your browser. You are responsible for ensuring your device is secure and that you download files to a safe location.
3. Accounts & payments
The current release does not require user accounts or payments. If future paid tiers launch, updated terms will describe billing, refunds, and cancellation rights.
4. Intellectual property
The SarkariPixel brand, copy, UI, and preset libraries are protected materials. You may not reuse them without written permission. Your uploaded files remain yours.
5. Warranty disclaimer
We provide the service “as is.” While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee every portal will accept your uploads. Always double-check requirements before final submission.
6. Limitation of liability
SarkariPixel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including missed deadlines or rejected forms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or regulations. The “Effective” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
